Award of the Young Science Seal of Approval 2020

The HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein has once again been awarded the Young Science Seal of Approval by the Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research and the Austrian Exchange Service. The seal is awarded every two years. A total of 18 Austrian schools received the seal from the jury, which is composed of experts in research, science communication, and school development.

At HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein, the integration of teaching and research was particularly emphasized. The continuous development and optimization of the school's research-oriented focus areas, as well as collaborations with numerous international research partners, are also standard practice at HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein. Many diploma theses are written with the support of research staff from research institutions, and ambitious new projects are planned and implemented. Our students are also given the opportunity to directly contribute to new research fields through research internships!
