In addition to use cases for lambing and process monitoring in the slaughter chain, a new tool for HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein and the monitoring animal health and herd management is being developed for market readiness. In collaboration with the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt, Campus Francisco Josephinum Wieselburg, an AI-supported prototype flight took place on the research site on April 22, 2024. The goal is individual animal-oriented localization and monitoring of animal health through automated reconnaissance and video-based recording flights, thereby significantly simplifying work and increasing efficiency in animal control.
