The two students were supervised by Dr. Margit Velik.
Ms. Marlene Berger wrote her thesis on the topic of “Dairy-oriented cattle types in bull fattening – slaughter performance and meat quality of 3 Holstein genotypes and Fleckvieh”.
Ms. Christina Hell wrote her master's thesis on “Investigations into slaughter performance and meat quality of alpine animals in Austria.”
Both graduates have been working at the Chambers of Agriculture in Salzburg and Lower Austria, respectively, since their studies.
