The conference offers a variety of expert presentations focusing on strip cropping, an innovative system that has been undergoing practical testing for arable farms in Austria since 2021 as part of a European Innovation Programme project. Among other things, results will be presented, and insights into the ecological impacts on insect populations will be provided. These were investigated by the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna (BOKU). The conference will also include a field tour, allowing participants to experience the strip cropping system in practice and ask questions directly to experts.
