🌱 Workshop 1: Edible Wild Herbs in Grassland

In this workshop you will learn:

  • to know the most important edible wild herbs in grassland
  • To reliably identify plants
  • To collect wild herbs and process them directly
  • to prepare simple, seasonal dishes

💡 Highlight: Joint foraging walk and cooking in the outdoor kitchen

Building on the first day, you will learn:

  • how to preserve wild herbs gently
  • which methods have proven effective in practice
  • how simple products can be manufactured
