The conference focused not only on the production of food cultures in organic fields, but also explored processing methods, such as the production of tempeh. Participants were able to sample the product themselves during a small tasting. In the afternoon, the results of the participants' own experiments at the organic institute's site in Lambach/Stadl-Paura were presented.
