The Mountain Agriculture Advisory Service organized this very well-attended conference. This allowed for a broad overview and provided participants with comprehensive information.

Under the name Regiokorn, regional grain has been cultivated and processed in South Tyrol since 2011. The Merano mill, which processes the grain, provided the conference facilities. The expansion of regional Alpine grain cultivation, taking into account key parameters, is the focus of this conference. A current project in the area of edible legumes (INNOleguminosen) was also presented . All these projects aim to increase the added value for South Tyrolean farmers.
