The following prerequisites are necessary to achieve this central project goal:
* Establishment and management of a network of experimental and demonstration farms in all arable farming regions of Austria.
* Site-specific adaptation of domestic and foreign scientific experiments to practical conditions of organic farming using regional transfer trials.
* Site-specific review and demonstration of innovative crops, cultivation strategies and promising new varieties regarding their regional suitability for cultivation, using the results of official variety evaluations.
* Critical, professional support for interested farmers regarding the use of current plant and soil amendments.
* Rapid knowledge transfer of the project results and insights gained through:
- Conducting field days and excursions
- Preparation of documents for farmers, consultants
- Conducting educational events for farmers
- Sharing knowledge with interested biological actors
